Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

At One More Time Apparel, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an exchange policy to ensure that you receive the perfect product.

Our exchange policy covers all full-priced and sale items and is valid for 30 days from the date of the reception of your items. Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached.

To initiate an exchange, please email our customer service team at info@onemoretimeapparel.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange. Our team will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

If you are exchanging for a different size or color of the same item, we will cover the cost of shipping for the new item. If you are exchanging for a different item, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs for both the return and the new item.

Please note that certain items, such as underwear, swimwear, and customized products, are final sale and are not eligible for exchange.

We strive to process all exchanges as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 20 business days for your exchange to be processed.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
