All-star cheerleading is a competitive form of cheerleading in which teams of athletes perform complex routines that involve tumbling, stunting, and dancing at competitions. These teams are typically made up of athletes from various schools or organizations who compete against each other. Side-line cheerleading, on the other hand, involves cheering on the sidelines of sporting events to support the team. This type of cheerleading is typically associated with high school and college sports teams.

One More Time Apparel is establishing a foundation to support athletes in Canada who have experienced abuse in sport. Our foundation will provide financial assistance, counseling, and legal support to athletes in need. We are dedicated to promoting healthy, respectful environments in sport and are excited to make a positive impact on the lives of athletes across Canada.
